SOLO GOYA Aqua Paint Marker contains high-quality liquid watercolor. Use the brush tip of the marker to apply the color onto dry or wet watercolor paper. The colors can be thinned and blended to the desired effect using a brush and water. To thin/blend the colors without water, use the blender from the series.
